Classes include prenatal yoga, massage,, relaxation techniques including aspects of self-hypnosis (hypnobabies), pregnancy meditations, hands-on massage, acupressure, essential oils, curated music therapy, and more.
We come to you! We provide yoga bolsters, blocks, heating pad, and more for pregnant people in Toronto. Our classes are perfect any phase of pregnancy; first, second and third trimesters to prepare for labour and birth. We support those planning a hospital birth, a home birth, a high-risk delivery, or otherwise! Classes are customized to you

2-Class-Pack - $475 + HST
8-Class-Pack - $1,675 + HST
